No great but not bad fairly average. Some work from home opportunities but if something needs to get done you are staying.

Not really. Again depending upon division there is some flexibility with work from home scheduling
How does SP Industries make decisions around promotions?
It typically does not promote itself, just pays its distribution network advertising fees to promote them.
How's the vacation policy at SP Industries?
Depends upon which division you are in. SP itself seems more progressive than the Wilmad or BelArt divisions. But that said, its neither great or terrible.
