I enjoy the work and have not yet dreaded going in except the distance from the office is far. O do not love the drive.

Lots. For the most part.

Not the best. Our local office is suffering from an awful, incompetent HR person; our technical team is separated from us geographically, fragmented from within and suffering from a mediocre VP who is sycophantic, nepotistic, barely competent and not respectful.

That all good management would leave in 1-3 years
