Great leadership with future vision
Everyone is personally engaged, accountable and very approachable. All on board have a passion and vision.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to support the people below them. They expect change to be driven but dont support if somone complains. They are also very political and spend more time protecting themselves and job than they do on the job itself

My team continuously pulls for each other, I've never seen a more collaborative team
My current team has a group of good people with drive and passion, all working together for a common goal. In addition, they're really cool people to work with.
