Company leadership is making decisions on a long term basis. As an employee owned company they can make the right choice on a 30 year horizon.

SpawGlass has a ton of tenure. 20 plus year folks are regular and the average tenure is 10 years with the firm. They bring a lot of experience and passion as they think like an owner of the company.

There is a real family atmosphere, you really get to know peoples whole life - their spouse and kids and what they are working for.
