What is the best part about your compensation package?Included dental. Multiple plans. Great onboarding specialist who explained everything. Love the HSA match.
What do you like best about the leadership team?Very knowledable individuals who are approachable and kind.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Currently the decision making approach is very siloed. It would be helpful and beneficial for managers to proactively engage with both peers and direct reports.
