What is the best part about your compensation package?
Included dental. Multiple plans. Great onboarding specialist who explained everything. Love the HSA match.
Benefits are good and there was no increase in cost for 2023 which was nice.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Currently the decision making approach is very siloed. It would be helpful and beneficial for managers to proactively engage with both peers and direct reports.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Was able to interview with multiple levels of the organization and departments I would work with. The process was easy and they communicated times and tasks effectively.
Managers were very candid and open to role and expectations.

The next week, today fun annoucements and collaboration and recognition. Nectar was a great addition
