Heath benefit have taken a step back for everyone. There are better, more efficient ways to cut cost than from HC. The EEA capacity is so far below what is should be and this is where management should be looking for cost savings.
Higher base salary for corporate
Administrative staff gets lousy bonuses and last year did not get even a cost of living wage increase AND our health benefits costs went up. In reality, we got a pay cut when the company had one of its best years.
Raises do not keep up with cost of living and they should. Bonuses are supposed to make up for this but they do not.
