The atmosphere has changed. When I started there was much more collegiality and the administrative team was valued and well compensated. Now, we are viewed as a drag on the bottom line.

They keep the company moving forward in an ever changing business landscape.

I don't like the leadership team. They care nothing about the administrative staff.

Meeting a variety of people. I had a good sense of the team before joining the company.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Company is trying to improve the culture, but the most effective way to change the culture is to value the work of all employees-including the administrative team.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Administrative staff gets lousy bonuses and last year did not get even a cost of living wage increase AND our health benefits costs went up. In reality, we got a pay cut when the company had one of its best years.
