What is the best part about your compensation package?

I like everything about it

I do this job mainly for health care and life insurance.

Full health and life coverage and low monthly payments also 401k

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Higher pay and benefits, under valued because we're just temp workers. We are expendable.

If the jobs were better and if they actually really wanted to help people find good jobs and actually working a job worth the money.

They do not pay you to start up or shut down the system. You are only paid while actively taking calls, and not while taking required notes for calls.
