What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Caring about employees even though we are just temp workers. Benefits would be nice as well.

Higher pay and benefits, under valued because we're just temp workers. We are expendable.
If the jobs were better and if they actually really wanted to help people find good jobs and actually working a job worth the money.
They do not pay you to start up or shut down the system. You are only paid while actively taking calls, and not while taking required notes for calls.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More stable work and longer or permanent job opportunities.
Their attitudes need to improve, they need to be more of team players.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Everyone's attitudes, more friendly people.

High school drama culture and weak/incompetent managers.
The environment can be better along with the people.
