From the top down no one knows what to do. The company is imploding and the burn rate is too high. Expect a flash sale before long.

There are many friendships among co-workers.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too many cooks in the kitchen, and the politics are about as shady as it gets. Complete HR disaster.

Met with a bunch of employees at all levels including founders and CEO.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It's pretty much over for Spiceworks. Sachs may break even, but one founder has already cut and run.
