What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our practice and its providers and staff are not only protected by the luxury of having an attorney on staff, but also led by some exceptional managers, who truly care about their staff and are true mentors
The leadership is amazing. We get feedback rather if it is good or bad. But they take their time and guide us in the right direction. Very helpful in difficult situations.
Extremely helpful in absolutely everything.
They are very supportive of promoting within the company.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
We have great coverage with low copay costs.
We have an excellent 401k plan with incentives to stay at the company for longer.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone comes in with a positive attitude. We fill in for each other when needed.
We are all a big family. We really do enjoy each others company while working hard.
The best thing about our team is that they actually work as a team. If someone needs help everyone jumps in to help out.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The Manager was fantastic about answering my questions and showing me around the building.
We are growing rapidly, so we are always looking for the right people to join our team, which means for quick hire.
I actually missed the calls from the operations manager offering me the position and she took the time to reach out via email, which is the only reason I am employed here today.
