    Better work life balance. Work hard/ party hard isn't always the answer for everyone in the company.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    ESOP is a joke. 7 years to fully vest and the number is just a % of your salary. So there is no stock grant. They need to find a way to pay overtime for salaried employees due to unreasonable hours.
  • What does the leadership team need to get better at?
    Being better connected to their staff. They are good at connecting socially, but can't handle discussing personal career development.
