What are some of the best things about your team?People are generally social, and fun. Peers tend to look out for one another. Management is another story.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Better work life balance. Work hard/ party hard isn't always the answer for everyone in the company.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?ESOP is a joke. 7 years to fully vest and the number is just a % of your salary. So there is no stock grant. They need to find a way to pay overtime for salaried employees due to unreasonable hours.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?Being better connected to their staff. They are good at connecting socially, but can't handle discussing personal career development.
