What do you like best about the leadership team?
There is no hierarchy at the office. You cannot tell an employee from the Founders. Everyone sits in an open/comfortable environment. Leadership is open to ideas & feedback. Financials are transparent each month at company meetings. A lot of great perks are offered including free lunch every day.
