What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone truly wants to make our experience better. The events and activities the team puts together shows this!
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are what make me the most happy at work. We have incredible people and I am so grateful to be a part of it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked meeting members of the leadership team from the team I was interviewing for. It was great to get to know them and for them to get to know me.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would have to choose 2 things: our health insurance and personal time off benefit. They cover us fully and our dependents almost fully. Additionally, we accrue vacation on a monthly basis as well as accrue extra time off on our anniversaries. It's amazing!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team welcomes all feedback, whether it's positive or constructive. I've seen so many positive changes throughout my time at Spokeo and these changes are what keep me here. Seeing the company you work for heading in a positive direction is extremely motivating and encouraging.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I would have to say it is our ability to collaborate and come together. We can be serious together when we need to and have fun whenever possible. We have a lot of team bonding events and activities that bring us all together. Our culture team is incredible!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work well together to achieve the same goals. We stand up for each other and we stand together. We are honest with each other and help each other grow. We learn from each other and learn together on a daily basis. Our team is extremely dynamic and everyone brings something different to the table.
