Good leaders and management. Clear expected goals. Working with a team that catches and pushes me forward. Great culture and amazing atmosphere.

There's a multi-panel interview committee so that as a group applicant are interviewed.

In terms of benefits, I greatly appreciate the 100% covered medical, dental, and vision plans.

I very much appreciate full medical, dental, and vision benefits. And I believe the amount of sick days and vacations is adequate.
What makes you most happy at work?
My co-workers. While the work is work, as much as work can be, it's the people who I work with and interact with that make the day special.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Within my specific small team, we act as a cohesive unit that communicates effectively. We always try to look out for each other in terms of days out of the office and making sure each others work is covered.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team and I are a well oiled machine. We know each other's tasks and schedules in and out of work. So when one is out, one can pick up the work so the whole team/engine keeps on running smoothly.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Spokeo Leadership has always been both professionally and personally friendly and available. Work-wise they have clear goals and a path ahead. And personally, they are always welcome to talk shop and pop culture - just making working a better experience.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The people and attitude is the best part of working at Spokeo. From the first time I walked in, people always said hello and have smiles on their faces. In terms of work performance, there's always opportunities to get help, do better, and progress forward.
What makes you most happy at work?
I chiefly work within customer service and for me one thing that makes me happy is knowing I have set amount of tasks related to getting back to customers. Completing these tasks make me glad since I get to help on both sides of the coin: company and customer.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Spokeo Culture and the Culture Team at large is so very unique to Spokeo. I have never been a place before where they price such a high premium on the well being of their employees. Paid lunches; in-office, out-of-office, work from events; seasonal events; & all the extra things throughout the year.
