I've worked at this company for a while and I've always felt that my opinions and contributions are highly valued. My manager is a great mentor and I feel appreciated and valued.

My co-workers are lovely. The office environment is friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Outside of the great pay? The health benefits are fantastic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
No egos. You can ask for help and everyone, from the CEO down, is willing and ready to help.

Good benefits. Everyone wishes to be paid more, sure, but all the perks and benefits make Spokeo a good package.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Transparency. Management involves rank and file in decisions and mentor reporting employees on the best way to contribute to the company goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
The trust managers put in me to do my work well. The lack of micromanagement from leadership. The transparency from the leadership.
What did you like most about the interview process?
There was no sense of intimidation. The interviewers do not want to make the interviewee sweat, but they do ask tough questions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are approachable. They listen to ideas and respond to questions with transparency. They give the employees respect, appreciate and implement the input given.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The wellness incentive program. Employees get a quarterly reward for going to the gym. We don't pay for health insurance and the coverage is fantastic.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a culture team! They put together great events and get-togethers that help foster a friendly and collaborative environment. The activities are fun and engaging.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the results of my work. Being able to measure my success and seeing that reflected in the company performance (I work helping prevent fraud and chargebacks).
What are some of the best things about your team?
While my team is small, we work together so well that I feel we do the work of a much larger team very efficiently. The work is hard, but engaging and rewarding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Smart people who care about the rank and file employees. The transparency and approachability of everyone in the team is refreshing (and I worked for a few large companies). Good people trying to do good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is small, but we know each other's strengths and weaknesses. We work together well and complement each other well. I think as a team, we are effective and the results we have been able to achieve prove that.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work to our strengths. Egos are in check and everyone is there for the same purpose. More experienced people are more than willing to assist those that don't have as much knowledge. There is an atmosphere of mentorship and camaraderie.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Our Culture and HR teams have worked really hard to make it possible for employees to enjoy the culture and environment, even during Covid times. That is another example of the leadership taking care of all employees and keeping us happy.
