They are so supportive and respectful. We all want to see each other succeed.

Twice a year merit increases, plus a bonus. It really makes my time and efforts feel valued.

My teammates. In addition to making me laugh, and keeping th work day fun, they always make me want to do my best work.

It really feels like a team environment, working together to do great work. There is also strong encouragement to learn, grow, take chances, and do something new.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There isn't a lot of finger pointing or blame placing. Everyone is trying to do their best, and we work together to achieve our goals. I feel strongly supported and encouraged by my teammates.
