Amazing workplace and culture. I've never been at a company that really cared so much about the well-being of its employees. Spokeo doesn't just say they care, they take actions to improve employee experience and lives. For example, Spokeo recently organized "paint night" w/supplies and instructor.

Smart people and very willing to help their teammates and to service their users.

They are approachable and hands-on and invest in the staff (for example, I got Scrum training).

HR told me what would happen every step of the way and treated me humanely. Best interview experience I've ever had!
What makes you most happy at work?
I love being able to make an impact and in a small company like Spokeo I have already made impact even though I've been here less than a year.
