    It’s great. I get time with my kids and have options to switch shifts if an emergency comes up with the kids

    In the support center, it's very dependent on which group you work with. In our area, there is not a work/life balance. There are not enough employees to maintain the workload, and I find myself coming in on the weekends to try to stay on top of current workload. My annual increase is not enough to cover my increase in rent this year, meaning by working for this company this year, I'm losing money compared to last year.
