What do you like best about the leadership team?
THEY ARE NICE PEOPLE WORD
Global company with a global leadership team - different viewpoints and cultures represented at company-wide meetings.
They always have an open door and are very easy to approach. I also like they are willing to take risks in the business to keep us ahead in the industry.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, education reimbursement and gym reimbursement.
First, it is relatively cheap for the employee. Meaning, the company is paying for a lot in the background and I really appreciate that. Our benefits also cover a lot keeping our out of pocket low.

GROOVY PEOPLE THAT LIKE TO HAVE FUN
Collaboration across different teams, partnership to make innovative decisions and a forward-thinking technology platform.
Because it is my team, they all good people and specialists
Being able to create and implement new ideas out of nothing and really grow the business. We also have a great team dynamic where we can always use each other to brainstorm when we are stuck, take on additional tasks if someone is swamped and really push each other to grow.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Letting us subordinates do out job without shadowing over us

Work environment is casual, I enjoy working in the kitchen or in the training room, leadership team is present and available, flexibility to work from home when needed.
People are always willing to help you. This can be ideas, helping you complete a project and even help outside of work - moving, dog sitting, etc. It is really great to have so much trust in all the people here. It makes for a great culture.

Ability to approach anyone with ideas or problems, including SVP-level and above. The onboarding process is also fantastic, the company truly values educating its employees and ensuring everyone is aware of the company mission and goal from the point of hire.

TOO MANY INTERVIEWS FOR AN ENTRY LEVEL
Recruiter was helpful and knowledgeable, met with multiple cross-functional teams prior to getting an offer.
Being able to really understand the organization and the team before even starting
