What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is collaborative and puts the company and students before individual objectives. The executives aren't perfect but really care about their teammates and try to do the right thing.

Springboard pays little less than the market due to better work culture.

They are very open and honest. They are very competitive as well.

Two-way communication in each interview round more than just an interview.

It was a long process. But quite engaged and exciting.
