The strategy is clear, but how we achieve it needs to be honestly communicated. Senior managers need autonomy in order to be able to improve the day to day experience of team members.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is commensurate with startups, not market leaders.
I think our managers do not know much about our capabilities and each & everyone's input in the progression of our company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are engaged, enthusiastic and upbeat. Everyone is hard working and yet willing to help a colleague in any way possible. I truly enjoy working with my team and the entire group I am part of.
The people on the team care and are invested in effecting positive change.
All very driven, enthusiastic, and with a similar purpose.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More coworkers should become scrumlords.

Pride in the products we make.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Management simply needs to listen to the workforce over the investors. The company would take care of itself if the grass roots are well nourished.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
There needs to be more communication around what is going on, the company needs to move a lot quicker when recruiting. It goes at a glacial pace!

The opportunity to bring very smart, dedicated people together to solve some significant issues.

There is no clear vision on how to transition from a traditional publisher to a solutions provider.
