All very driven, enthusiastic, and with a similar purpose.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They seem like nice people on the surface, but this makes it even more confusing when they gaslight you.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Management simply needs to listen to the workforce over the investors. The company would take care of itself if the grass roots are well nourished.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

There needs to be more communication around what is going on, the company needs to move a lot quicker when recruiting. It goes at a glacial pace!
