I've been here half a decade and make less than people coming in fresh out of college.

Culture here is great even though is an office company
Diverse viewpoints and team members that want to collaborate and learn
Very much operate as a team
Hard-working. Ambitious. Creative. Fun. Everyone cares about the company and about each other. A very familial environment.
