Nina Liu — MD & President - APAC - SPX Flow Technology & SPX Corporate Svcs at SPX Corporation

Ms. Nina Liu serves as Managing Director of Asia Pacific - SPX Flow Technology & SPX Corporate Services and President of Asia Pacific - SPX Flow Technology & SPX Corporate Services at Spx Corp. and served as its Managing Director - Asia Corporate Services since December 21, 2005. Ms. Liu served as the Vice President of Human Resources, Asia of Spx Corp. She joined SPX in 2003 from PepsiCo where she spent 8 years, primarily with the Frito-Lay business, establishing its snack food business in China. Ms. Liu held positions with Pfizer Pharmaceutical Company and Avon China. She has more than 20 years of management experience serving large multinational companies in the Asia Pacific region. She served as a Director of Launch Tech Company Ltd since October 2010. Ms. Liu earned a bachelor's of science degree in mechanical engineering from Shanghai Mechanical Engineering University and completed an Education Program of Global Management from the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
