What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
As co-workers I think we need to improve on helping each other out for the good of the company and then each other
Need to attend classes and get certifications in the subjects
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nice culture and good work enviornment
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Better team leads, better management. More qualified supervisors someone who knows the job

I enjoyed the panel interview

Background checks would be nice.
What makes you most happy at work?
When we collaborate as team to resolve problem. Brainstorm ideas to make the department more efficient, execute with excellence and communicate.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The board really needs to take a close look at senior management and at all the employees who have left and, most importantly, why they left.
