  • The base price of each item is a fixed price. However, you do have the option of enabling fundraising on your store which will increase the prices by whichever percentage you choose.

  • Yes! If the personalization fields below are shown for the item you would like to purchase, you may personalize it with a name and/or number before adding it to your cart.There is an additional cost for this: name or number =$9.95 each. Name and number = $14.95 for both.

    Personalization will be produced in the same manner as the logo on the product. So, if the logo is printed, the personalization will also be printed.The font that is used for personalization is Athletic Block and all letters are capitalized. Personalization has a limit of 11 characters for one word and 15 characters including a space. The number field will only allow up to 3 digits to be entered.

    The dimension for sleeve personalization is always 4" wide so if the name is too long it has to be made smaller to fit within those parameters. Depending on the color of the item, personalization will be produced in either black or white and will be noted on the product page as seen above.

    Numbers and special characters cannot be entered in the name field as our system will not be able to read them correctly. Any numbers entered in the name field will be produced below the name.

    Guidelines for Printed Logos

    Printed logos generally appear in larger format on apparel such as full-front tees, hoodies, and sweats. Some helpful tips:

    There is no limit to the number of colors in your printed logo

    Colors must be solid, without any highlights, gradients, or shadows

    Because it impacts the quality of the printed product, logos cannot contain the following:

    Highlights

    Gradients

    Glitter or Metallic effects

    Drop shadows

    Photographs, or photograph-like images

    Drawings

    Trademark symbols

    Guidelines for Embroidered Logos

    Embroidered logos generally appear in smaller format on apparel such as polos, jackets, hats and bags (anything with hardware). You are not required to submit two logo versions. SquadLocker will make necessary modifications to your print logo to ensure the highest quality embroidery application.

    In addition to the Printed Logo Guidelines above, here are some helpful tips:

    Distinctive colors work best

    Small details may be simplified

    Thin lines or multiple lines that are close together may be modified

    Maximum of two outlines around your logo, and one around text

    Text size must be no smaller than 0.25 at actual size of embroidery

  • SquadLocker currently only ships to the US and Canada but were working hard to make a worldwide delivery possible.At this time, Canadian customers are charged duties and taxes for orders shipping into Canada. The customers are responsible for these charges directly. We also ship to Puerto Rico, however there is a longer delivery window for non-US countries since the order still has to go through customs which can take up to 10 days.

    Additionally, orders going to Alaska or Hawaii will take an estimated 3 weeks from the initial ship date to get to you.

  • You can change your default logo by following these easy steps:

    - Sign into your account at www.squadlocker.com - Click on the white "Edit" button in the desired store - Go to the STORE DETAILS tab and click on the blue EDIT PRODUCTS button- Click the MANAGE LOGOS button at the top of the page

    - At the top of your store page, to the right of your default logo, youll see a little blue pencil icon appear

    - Click the pencil and your logo bank will appear for you to choose a new default logo

    - Be sure to click "Save and Shop" to ensure that the changes are saved

    Please note, the logo youd like to change your default logo to must already be in your logo bank.

  • Absolutely, you can add logos to your store even after it is launched! Your store is able to have up to 10 active logos in use at any time. However, your stores logo bank can hold as many logos as youd like.

    Here's how:

    - Sign into your account at www.squadlocker.com - Click on the white "Edit" button for the desired store - Go to the STORE DETAILS tab and click on the blue EDIT PRODUCTS button - Click on MANAGE LOGOS

    - Click the white "Add New logo" button next to your logo bank and choose your desired logo

    - Select the gear you want to apply the additional logo to and hit DONE

    Dont forget to hit the green Save and Shop button before leaving the Edit mode!

For that reason items that have been decorated with a logo, name or number are not eligible for a return or exchange unless the item is part of our Hassle-Free Guarantee program, or it is determined that your order is not 100% free from defects in materials and decoration. Hassle-Free Guarantee:

    Hassle-Free Guarantee apparel is identified in our storebuilder, and in your custom gear store. Hassle-Free Guarantee items allow consumers to return select items for any reason, no questions asked.

    Returns on Hassle-Free Guarantee items must be activated within 7 days of arrival at the shipping address associated with the order on record.

    Non-decorated items in new condition can be returned for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receipt.   • At this time, we are only able to have 1 logo applied to each item. Different colors of the same product are able to have different logos applied, however.If you're interested in offering more than 1 logo per product, please chat in to our store specialists to see if you qualify for our open beta test.

    Prior to committing to coupon codes, we want you to be aware of some restrictions:

    If the buyer does not use the full amount issued in one purchase, they lose the difference

    Only one coupon code can be used per order so customers will be unable to use another code if a promotion is running

    Fundraising is affected by orders placed with coupon codes

    Coupons do not cover shipping fees

    Coupon code will be a virtual code emailed to the requester once payment has cleared

    Unused gift cards cannot be redeemed/refunded

  • Our awesome graphic design team can create a custom logo for you for FREE! Each store is allotted 1 free logo creation with 2 rounds of edits. Let us know what you'd like to see, and we can have that created in no time! Please provide as much detail as possible (i.e. reference images, specific fonts, preferred colors or layouts). Small edits like background removals or simple color edits will be done at no charge to you. Per our policy, we are able to create one custom logo for your store. Each additional logo creation after the initial creation will incur a $50.00 charge.

    Then click on the blue hyperlink that says "already have an account?".

    On this screen you will see a blue hyperlink that says "Forgot Your Password", please click on that and then enter in your email address. You will receive an email that will walk you through changing your password. If you do not receive that email, please be sure to check your spam or junk mail folders as well. You can certainly chat in if you have still not received an email with a link to reset your password and we will be able to help you reset it manually.

  • From your Dashboard, you can click the blue "SHARE YOUR STORE button. Youll be able to copy the link to the store, share via Social Media, or download a printable or digital flyer. There is also a code snippet accessible to you via your stores Dashboard. Embedding this code snippet into your website will produce a custom clickable banner that will link the customer directly to your SquadLocker store.

    If you would like an easy way to share your store with your whole team all at once, you can upload your team roster to our site and our Marketing Team will send out an email blast with a short intro to SquadLocker as well as a coupon code for your players to use in your store!Our store specialist can go into more detail if you'd like to learn a bit more about the sharing tools mentioned above, just chat in and ask away!

  • To update the mailing address for your fundraising rebate check, please log into your admin dashboard. You will need to close and relaunch your store to ensure that the correct address is used for all future checks that will be sent out for your store.

    - Sign into www.squadlocker.com/ with your credentials- Click on MY STORES and be sure that you are in the ACTIVE tab- Hit the white EDIT button for the desired store- In the Store Details tab, scroll down to find the red CLOSETHIS STORE button, after you click CONFIRM, exit out of the window- Once store is closed, go to the CLOSED tab and relaunch the store- Return to the ACTIVE tab and hit the white EDIT button once again- In the Store Details tab, click on the blue EDIT PRODUCTS button- Hit the white FUNDRAISING button at the top of the page and make any necessary changes to the name or address for the check to be sent to- Hit SAVE AND SHOPIf you are unsure if your changes have saved, please feel free to chat in and our store specialists will be happy to help you out!

  • Our platform directly integrates with our vendors' inventory levels. If there is a size that is out of stock or discontinued with our vendors, the platform does not enable it to be selected so as to avoid backorders or purchase of discontinued apparel. When the item restocks, it will show available back on the store.

    Another reason an item may not be displaying on your store front is that no logo has been applied to the item in question. Since we produce custom gear, each item added to the store (unless otherwise noted) will need to have a logo applied to it for it to be displayed in the store front. If you click on the "Manage Logos" button when in the edit mode for your store, you'll be able to filter by the items that don't have a logo applied so you can easily add logos and get them back in your store front.

  • To ensure a successful store you must get the store out to your customers. The best way to do this is through social media. You can access Facebook and Twitter right from your admin dashboard to get the link out to your customers. Once you open a team store you will also be able to access a PDF Store Flyer in your dashboard that can be emailed to everyone or printed and distributed physically. Utilizing the code snippet from your stores Dashboard, you have the power to embed a custom clickable banner on your team site.This way people will have access to it right from there and will be directed straight to your SquadLocker store.

    Also, most successful stores have between 12-24 items on the store. Please note, each color of an item counts as 1 item so adding a red, a white and a blue version of the same shirt will count as 3 items in your store. We have found that stores with more items overwhelm the consumer as there are too many items to choose from. Overloading your store with too many items also causes the system to run slower and can cause stores to just not show up at all.

  • If you need to cancel your store please call us at 1-888-885-6253 and provide the reason for cancelling.

    Stores that do not have orders placed can be cancelled.

    Stores with orders that have not entered production can be cancelled. The customer's orders will be cancelled and refunded. The customer will be notified of the cancellation/refund.

    Stores with orders that have entered production will be reviewed on a case by case basis. There is the possibility that these orders can not be cancelled.

  • If you are unable to place an order, there may be a few different reasons for this.

    If you see this big red banner at the top of your store, that means that our design team is working on your logo.

    Once your logo has been perfected, someone from the Customer Onboarding Team will reach out to you via email letting you know that your store has been updated and the ordering hold will be removed. This hold is put into place when stores are reviewed and our team catches something that may not make for a desirable end product. This can include: dark logos on dark gear (same for light logos on light gear), very detailed logos that will need to be simplified to appear legible on embroidered products, logos with backgrounds, alternative logos needed for different color options.

    If you are trying to order a specific product or size butdon'tsee it in the store, that means that it is currently out of stock, on back order or that product has been discontinued by the vendor. Our site is directly linked to our vendor stock levels and updates in real time. We suggest checking back in on the store youre trying to order from in a couple days to see if the item has been re-stocked. You can also feel free to chat in to us for help with specific item questions.

    If you encounter this screen when you get to the store youd like to purchase from, that means that the admin has closed the store.

    The only way youd be able to order something from this store would be to get in contact with the admin and have them re-open it. We can also contact the store owner to see if theyd be willing to re-open it for you to make a purchase.

  • You can use the roster upload/mailing list feature in the Store Administrator's dashboard to notify teammates or the community that you've made a store and it's open for orders! Simply load the emails, names and numbers (if applicable) for your team or fans and SquadLocker will send out a series of 4 emails, containing a quick introduction to SquadLocker as well as a coupon code to kick start the shopping in your store!

    You can add your roster by going to the Team Roster tab in your stores Dashboard.

    We provide a Roster Template for you to download, fill out and re-upload to make the experience as easy as possible. When filling out the Roster Template, if numbers are not applicable, please fill the column with 0s. Our system will read this as null and keep that field blank; it just needs something in there initially to fully process. Please keep the file format (CSV file created in Microsoft Excel) the same when re-uploading your roster.If you run into any issues uploading your roster/mailing list, please feel free to chat in and our store specialists will be happy to help!

  • You can add or remove items from your store at any point, even after orders have been placed. Orders are processed as soon as they are placed. However, once an order is placed, we cannot add products to that order. Here are some quick steps on how to add products to your store:

    - Click on the white EDIT button for the desired store

    - In Store Details, click on the blue EDIT PRODUCTS button

    - Click on the white ADD MORE ITEMS button

    If you are looking for specific products, use the filters on the left side of the screen to specify your search. For example, you can filter by size or color.

    - Make sure you SAVE AND SHOP when complete

  • Yes! We have provided each store with a code snippet that, when embedded on your site, will display a customizable banner that directly links anyone who clicks it straight to your SquadLocker store! This code snippet can be found by following these steps:

    - Click on the white EDIT button for the desired store

    - In the Store Details tab, scroll down past the red Close Store button all the way to the bottom

    - Copy and paste this code snippet into the HMTL code of your site where you would like it to appear and the banner will send people straight to your SquadLocker store when clicked

    There are some elements of the banner that are customizable as well! The look and feel of the banner may be customized to match your team/organization's brand by utilizing the parameters in the theme section of the snippet. You are able to change the font Family, text color, background color and accent color of the banner.

    fontFamily:Updates the font used for the message in the CTA. Must be a valid web font. Seefor more information.

    color:Updates the color of the text in the banner message. Must be a valid HEX value.

    backgroundColor:Updates the color of the full background of the banner. Must be a valid HEX value.

  • Yes! The store creator can add Store Managers to help with managing your store. They can manage the stores products, details, logos, and roster. In order to add a Store Manager, the person must create an account with SquadLocker first. Store Managers cannot alter fundraising or add any other store Managers.     Once they have created an account on www.squadlocker.com, you can add them as Store Manager by following these steps:

    -Sign into your account atwww.squadlocker.com

    - Click on the white EDIT button for the desired store

    - Navigate to the left hand side of the page and select STORE MANAGERS as seen here:

    - Enter their email in the field beneath Add Manager

    - Click on the blue ADD button.

    - Once youre set with adding Store Managers,don'tforget to hit the green Save button

  • There are currently no limits but for an optimal shopping experience for your customers, we suggest between 15 and 50 items. Each color option of a product will count as 1 item in your store. For example, if you add a red option, blue option and a white option of the same shirt to your store, that will count as 3 items in your store.

  • If you choose to close your store, there are a few simple steps youll need to follow:

    - Sign into your account at www.squadlocker.com - Click on the white "Edit" button for the desired store - Underneath the blue Edit Products button youll see a red Close Store button

    - After clicking that button youll be asked if youre sure you want to close the store, after you click CONFIRM, exit out of the window

    - By confirming, this will move the store to the Closed tab on your Dashboard

    Once a store is closed and in the Closed tab of your Dashboard, you will always have the opportunity to reopen it if you so choose. Closing your store will prevent your players, families and fans from placing their orders.

  • Yes! If the store name remains the same after you relaunched it, you will have the same URL for your store. The only time a locker gets a new URL, is if that locker is deleted and restored by one of our store specialists. Closed lockers keep their URL and the address remains the same if reopened. Locker ID numbers may change when relaunched or restored so if you have your store linked to another website, you will need to update the Locker ID number used to connect the store to the external site.

  • Launching a store is instantaneous. A store becomes active as soon as you click "Save and Shop" at the end of the store building process. Creating a live store that players and parents can purchase from only requires selecting product and uploading a logo. Simple!

    If your logo needs edits or you change the logo applied to products and your store has taken orders, those orders may be affected.

  • Because of the way our store URLs are set up and contain a "#", Instagram will not allow them to be posted. Follow these quick steps to get a new URL that you can share on Instagram!

    First, copy the entire URL of your store's page

    Next, go to https://tinyurl.com and paste your store's URL into the first field on the site

    Hit the "Make TinyURL!" button

    Copy your new tiny URL and paste into the bio section of your Instagram page or use it to caption a post

    That's it! You did it!

  • Log into www.squadlocker.com with your credentials to access your Dashboard. Once in the Dashboard, select the blue "New Store" button in the top right hand of the screen and off you go!

  • Essential is used to identify a piece that the store builder wants to highlight or feature. If there are items under the Essential heading on the store, that means the store Admin is recommending that those pieces be purchased by all customers.

    This does not force the customer to purchase these items, they are just pinned to the top of the store and strongly recommended by the Admin as gear that will possibly be utilized as a uniform or is important.

    To mark an item in your store as essential:

    - Click on the white EDIT button for the desired store

    - In the Store Details tab, click on the blue EDIT PRODUCTS button

    - Once in this screen, youll see all the items in your store in their own window

    - Find the item youre looking to make essential and check the little box next to the text THIS ITEM IS ESSENTIAL located beneath the price

    - Be sure to click "Save and Shop" once you're done to make sure everything saves correctly

  • If youre building your store now:

    When selecting apparel to add to your store you can select multiple colors for that item if you'd like. As you are initially choosing which items youd like to add to your store, youll see a blue circle with a + sign in it along with another blue circle with an i in it below if you hover over a product. By clicking the i, a window will pop up with more information about that particular product as well as the additional color options we offer.

    To add a color option, simply click on which color of the item youd like and hit the blue + sign at the bottom of the window to add the product to your store.

    If you have completed your store and would like to add color options to an individual product:

    - Click on the white EDIT button for the store

    - Go to the blue EDIT PRODUCTS button

    - Click on the white ADD MORE ITEMS button at the top of the page

    - Select desired product and add the new color options

    - Once complete, click on the green CONTINUE button

    - Click on SAVE AND SHOP

    If you would like to add color options to your entire store, heres how:

    - Click on the white EDIT button for the store

    - Go to the blue EDIT PRODUCTS button

    - Click on the white ADD MORE ITEMS button at the top of the page

    - Click on EDIT PRODUCTS on the left-hand side in the grey bar

    - From there, youll see a rainbow of color bubbles

    - By clicking one of those color bubbles, any product that is offered in that color will automatically be added to your store

    To remove a color from your store, just click the same color bubble and everything that was added will be retracted.

  • Yes! The store creator and/or the Locker Manager have access to seeing the orders placed in their store.

    Start by logging into your Dashboard using the login link on www.squadlocker.com and click on My Stores.

    On the bottom right-hand corner of each store card you will see View Order History. Click on that button and you will see a spreadsheet of orders placed in your store along with a breakdown of your fundraising, order count and items sold.
