What do you like best about the leadership team?
our team is very good
They understand us and actually listen to us when there's something wrong
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
communication, empathy, work ethic, and care of employees
Dumping MBM. It makes good wallpaper and advancement is subjective.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
overworked, underpaid, hours everywhere, HR does not value employees
Boss was a bully and was irrational.

friendly, happy, energy, work, force

More fans, longer breaks more time to use bathroom
