Henry Toy — Managing Director of GlobeOp Canada at SS&C Technologies

Mr. Henry Toy serves as Managing Director of GlobeOp Canada at SS&C Technologies, Inc. and SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. Mr. Toy serves as a Managing Director of SS&C Globeop Canada at SS&C Technologies, Inc. He served as Managing Director of Fund Services at SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc., and served as its Vice President of Fund Services Division in Canada since October 2006. Mr. Toy joined SS&C Fund Services in 2006. Mr. Toy has built up the Toronto Fund Services location by specializing in hedge fund administration, with a focus on funds with complex strategies, products and structures. Prior to joining SS&C, Mr. Toy was a senior trader before becoming the Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer of Fore Research & Management LP, a hedge fund in New York with four offices globally and $1.8 Billion USD in assets under management. Mr. Toy served as the Chief Financial Officer with Fore Advisors, LP. Mr. Toy served as Senior Executive of Fore Research, a New York based hedge fund. He served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer for the credit focused hedge fund, Mr. Toy was instrumental in growing Hedge Fund, since 2003. Mr. Toy has over 10 years of experience from the buy-side that assists in expanding the rapidly growing fund services business of SS&C Technologies Inc. Mr. Toy was a senior trader of the convertible arbitrage proprietary trading group for TD Securities, which later spun out and created Fore. Mr. Toy holds or has held National Association of Securities Dealers securities series licences 7 and 55, was admitted to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario in July, 1996. He has a BA in Chartered Accountancy Studies and Mathematics and a Masters degree in Accounting Studies, both from the University of Waterloo.
