James Ramenda FSA, CERA — Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk at SS&C Technologies

Mr. James Ramenda, also known as Jim, FSA, CERA, has been Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk at SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. since February 23, 2011. Mr. Ramenda serves as Senior Vice President of Enterprise Risk at SS&C Technologies, Inc. Mr. Ramenda has over 25 years of industry experience. He has spent 22 of those years serving as co-founder and managing director of Northington Partners, Inc., an Avon, Connecticut-based investment firm. Mr. Ramenda oversees business and product development, leads market risk SaaS/BPO service initiatives, and manages sales and support to ensure the highest levels of services are delivered across Asset Managers, Banks, Insurance Companies, Pension Funds, Real Estate Managers, and Alternative Investment Managers. He served as an Equity Analyst at Northington Partners Inc., Research Division and Conning Research & Consulting, Inc. Prior to Northington Partners, he held management positions with Conning & Company and CIGNA. He holds several industry designations, including Fellow Society of Actuaries (FSA) and Chartered Enterprise Risk Analyst (CERA). Mr. Ramenda earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and his Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
