Mr. Normand A. Boulanger, also known as Norm, has been the Chief Operating Officer and President of SS&C Technologies, Inc., since October 2004. Mr. Boulanger has been President of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. since October 2004 and Chief Operating Officer since October 2001. He started at SS&C ten years ago and is a driving force behind many of SS&C's growth initiatives. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Financial Models Company Inc. since May 6, 2005. He served as an Executive Vice President of SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. and SS&C Technologies Inc., from October 2001 to October 2004, Senior Vice President, SS&C Direct from March 2000 to September 2001, Vice President of SS&C Direct from April 1999 to February 2000, Vice President of Professional Services for the Americas from July 1996 to April 1999 and Director of Consulting from March 1994 to July 1996. Since 2000, Mr. Boulanger served as Senior Vice President of Institutional overseeing SS&C's sales and service organizations. He served as Director of Investment Operations and Manager of Investment Accounting for The Travelers, (now a Citigroup organization), from September 1986 to March 1994. He has been a Member of the Board of Directors of SS&C Technologies, Inc. since February 2006, GlobeOp Financial Services S.A since May 31, 2012 and SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. since October 2004. He holds MS in Economics from Trinity College.
