How they're willing to do just about anything for me and my family.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of the benefits are top notch. I think the "Geek-Out" bonus is probably the best part. It's a $1,000.00 bonus to only be used on something the employees enjoy, or "Geek-Out" about
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of the best things about my team is how caring they are. I was late this morning and one of my partners had taken on my responsibilities for the morning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
How they include my wife and kids in all the events and outings.
What did you like most about the interview process?
How open, transparent, and helpful they were through the process.
What makes you most happy at work?
That I get to represent a company that I genuinely love and agree with their values. There is not one thing they believe in that I find a problem with.
