Briefly describe your overall experience at your company

Horrible management, full of meaningless phrases about HR, but no intention of taking care of employees. Dreadful teamwork, team members petty about sharing information, you have to CC a manager or director to get an answer out of some. Paid barely more than minimum wage for hard work
