Everyone is motivated to do well

Christmas pay is always worth it

Proper reviews, and pay in line with market salary
Higher salary, Paid Vacation time, education, on the job certified training for different skills

They are all very nice
they are all friendly no bad vibes
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
More honest communication, share information, BE team players
Give them a reality check and send them to ethics school

The teams that work together
it would be the front line employees
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get educated better quality classy management to run the show- but they cost money and our owner is cheap so what we get are we he agrees to pay- all seem to be half the time related & are the left overs other companies kick out.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The opportunity to sell my skills
That they made me comfortable and were very nice
the assessment but more interaction is neccessary

No stress, no Micro Managing, My won room, close to home, Flex time most time- supportive in need if family is sick or passes away
