Employee discount to merchandise + Vacations
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no equity for any employee at the company. Base salary is decent, but lower than industry adjacents that also offer stock. Bonus pay out depends on the entire company performance, not department. You personally, and your department can exceed expectation and receive ~$0 instead of ~$20k.
