What did you like most about the interview process?
When asked 'what it would take to keep me at SSI for ten years', I replied 'let me be creative and support me when I fall down to get back up again'. this seemed top be acknowledge and my personal disabilities do not seem to be a burden, but looked at as an asset instead
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I would make the interviewing process shorter and more simplified

developing comprehensive customer service that makes a difference to my clients life
