I do not feel that my pay is equitable for my education and experience
It has been 6 years since we have gotten a raise. We are not told how valued we are and we are overworked and underpaid

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The length of patient stay is too long. Nursing care isn't what it needs to be.
Management asks for ideas to improve the office, bit then ignores them.

St. Francis has gone through a lot of upheaval in the last years & it's taken a toll on those who have stuck with the hospital as well as how the community sees us. Admin needs to show more support for staff.
