Compensation practices at St. Francis are very biased & managers do not uphold promises concerning education compensation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about the environment at St. Francis Hospital is the attitude and perseverance of the nursing and radiology staff.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
St. Francis has gone through a lot of upheaval in the last years & it's taken a toll on those who have stuck with the hospital as well as how the community sees us. Admin needs to show more support for staff.
