- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Compensation is below market and if brought up, leadership finds a workaround. The output of work from every employee is not compensated properly and we're still expected to go above and beyond for the company. Stack is constantly referred to as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?A lot of people wear many hats and spread thin, myself included. I think the company can do a better at compensating employees who end up taking on more since they are the ones putting out volume.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The work/life balance has been worse over the last couple of months due to an influx new business; and unfortunately I feel we are still understaffed across the board
