Prioritizing initiatives and not trying to do everything at once. Also, placing more of an emphasis and investing resources on execution vs. coming up with and selling ideas to partners.
Review from Business Development Dept
Listening to their teams as they have the most relevant experience related to their roles and are only going to help improve the overall business.
Review from Sales Dept
Recognizing the enormous talent disparity between teams and the advantages given to the least talented people. Making goals and initiatives clear to all parties involved. Investing in the right people.
Review from Marketing Dept
The leadership is definitely a WIP. The CEO is starting to hire on the correct leaders. The more trust you have for the employees the better
Review from Sales Dept
Compensation is below market and if brought up, leadership finds a workaround. The output of work from every employee is not compensated properly and we're still expected to go above and beyond for the company. Stack is constantly referred to as a stepping stone to bigger and better things.
Review from Sales Dept
A lot of people wear many hats and spread thin, myself included. I think the company can do a better at compensating employees who end up taking on more since they are the ones putting out volume.
Review from Business Development Dept
I believe the role I am in is much larger than what my original compensation was targeted for.
Paid according to tenure and amount of workload I have to get done at a minimum. I also would feel better about my salary if I felt that Stack was actually investing in my future. No 401K matching nor other benefits that make it worthwhile.
Review from Business Development Dept
Being paid in line with my contribution to the company, tenure at the company, and market price.
Review from Business Development Dept
Time management, attention to detail, acknowledging or caring even a little bit about how individual roles affect everyone else in the company.
Review from Marketing Dept
This team is special. All nice, respectful, hard working, and fun. This place is filled with competence.
Review from Business Development Dept
We have a very diverse group of personalities and talents.
My team is very lean and we do an incredible job of making it work!
Review from Sales Dept
Distractions can sometimes abound! Remembering to always prepare, be open, and stay focused in meetings would improve productivity.

The work/life balance has been worse over the last couple of months due to an influx new business; and unfortunately I feel we are still understaffed across the board
Review from Business Development Dept
Lack of clarity on mission / vision / values. Lack of understanding of the ground-level work involved to execute on a day to day basis by leadership team, who continues to create new projects and initiatives to stack on. Lack of investment into tech + automation in order to scale.
Review from Business Development Dept
Internal tools for helping employees do their jobs more efficiently are skimmed over.
Review from Business Development Dept
Same as previous responses - need to feel like leadership actually appreciates me and my team.
Review from Sales Dept
Not sure how it can be improved.
