They are knowledgeable and they try to break the barrier between store level and themselves. It's the middle management DM's and RM's that don't like to act as the liaison between store level and corporate.

The pay is very poor. The evaluations are terrible
i feel under valued because i believe i should make more because i do so much.

I would feel more valued if most of the work wasn't placed on a very small group or couple of people, then I would be more satisfied. We have to do far more work than what we're being paid for.
