What is the best part about your compensation package?
just the salary, the operation staff are not well compensated. there is discrimination between operation staff and the sales staff in benefit payment

The recent wage increment was outstanding. my expectation was exceeded. I can now comfortably afford my basic necessity and even have more savings in my mutual fund account. I am indeed happy working with Stanbic IBTC Bank

encouragement and opportunity to grow in general
The sense of government security on standby reminds me that the environment is safe for business and our compliance culture.
Respect for each other no matter the level of the staff
The respect at my company is outstanding ,fast payment of workers salary is also encouraging and the environment is peaceful .
