What do you like best about the leadership team?

Clear, concise and adaptive communication towards my needs and concerns. Also, there's been intentional connections and questions to ask me about what can improve along the way - a positive thing to see.

Initial pay and benefits. As well, the fact I was fairly assessed for my skills and professional background.
the base pay is great and i like the stap funds
The health care provided is good
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher compensation to meet industry standards in the Silicon Valley design world.
Matching the living cost in the Bay Area, as well as surrounding companies
What are some of the best things about your team?
We like to work hard and have fun
we're a team and we help each other out when needed.
Intelligent, thoughtful, creative and fast.
The tools and systems in place allow me to collaborate effectively with the team. In this remote setting, I feel supported and agile because we can collaborate asynchronously
friendly and on time to meetings. meetings are pleasant and productive

It is new so Im learning a lot
I get to learn new skills that I will be able to implement down the line
Making innovative technology decisions that help push the boundaries of online education and learning in general.
Trying something new and learning more about what i can do to improve my role
