What makes you most happy at work?

Good results, Being able to accomplish my daily tasks.

Being appreciated every day for my contributions

It is new so Im learning a lot

Solving problems and building things; leadership and management trusting my work and experience to allow me to do what I think is best

The teamwork, active and various duties make me happy at work. Allowing to contribute and explore new ideas makes me really happy.

When I get to learn about a new project or when our team completes a project and achieves a goal for the day or week.

The overarching goals of our research team

I am grateful to be an employee at Stanford

Get to do quality work and there is collaboration. Its an atmosphere to succeed.

Doing valuable work and making good changes for students, faculties, and colleagues makes me happy at work.

Being able to learn something new everyday and to be able to interact with my group.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

There is not much to look forward too. I do not interact with my coworkers much. I feel left out of a lot of things and am not given much to do so I sit for most of the day

Better engagement from my manager and senior leaders in caring about their people. Being more transparent and equitable in decision making instead of creating a funnel at the top

There is no respect for diversity or any attempt to retain talent who come from diverse backgrounds
