Comprehensive including annual bonus and stock
Good for a failing company
We get a bonus yearly depending on how well we did as a company
Compensated well for hard work.

Incredibly talented, driven and customer focused.
We work together well and my coworkers are friendly people
They treat us all like we are managers in the meetings. And keep us informed.
We truly care about each other and collaborate. We travel our journey to success together. We are open and candid with each other.

Have a management team that knows what they are doing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The respectful transparency at all levels.
Most people dont give a crap so it makes working there easier
We have daily meetings to discuss pain points in a project and work through them together
Manager treat us fairly and let us make our own decisions
We are growing. And are growing very fast. Staying ahead of the competition.

Great candid transparency about the state of matters.
I had to interview with 4-5 different groups of people. It was a long process
They valued my experience and was willing to let me join them and be fair about salary
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Start hiring people based on experience and not how low of a salary you can pay them

The ability to lead an incredibly dedicated and talented group of associates!
