Fixed and assured salary with steady growth. My organization follows equitable distribution of income which avoids unnecessary competition amongst the team members
Everything is good. Bank takes care of its employees as a family
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The work allocated is impartial. And even after me working hard and my colleague just wasting the time whole day, we are paid equal. The compensation should be higher

Cooperative, Looking forward to contribute, eager to learn
Good communication among us to good extend
Team is aligned with Corporate concerns and also does Market Analysis to achieve the desired targets. My team is proactive and honest team comprising motivated members.
