Absolutely one of the worst sales organizations to work for. Inflated quotas, unrealistic expectations, poor leadership, you name it. The DSM's just regurgitate what they hear from the VP of Sales who motivates through fear. DSM's don't have the capacity to lead..etc etc. Stay away, far away.
yes. Better commission rates and bonus structure. They consider your mileage and other expenses "compensation" and is their justification for lower commission rates and base salary.
