Ms. Brenda Lyons serves as an Executive Vice President and Head of The Specialized Products Group for State Street Global Services Investment Services Americas at State Street Corporation. Previously, Ms. Lyons served as an Assistant Treasurer and Senior Vice President at Deutsche Investment Management Americas Inc. She served as Senior Vice President of Zurich Scudder Investments Inc. Ms. Lyons served as Chief Operating Officer for US Investment Services, leading a variety of divisional resource groups. She served as President of DWS Strategic Income Trust since November 19, 2003 and its Assistant Treasurer since September 22, 1998. Ms. Lyons served as a Senior Vice President of Deutsche Asset Management and its predecessor companies from 1997 to 2002. She serves as a Member of the board of directors for State Street Syntel Services Private Limited and State Street Foundation. Ms. Lyons is also a member of the board of directors for Big Sisters of Greater Boston and Thayer Academy and served as a Member of the board of trustees for Cradles to Crayons and The Sage School. She received a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Bentley College.
